Terms & Conditions

This document is a legally binding browse-wrap agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “user”, “you”, or “your”) and ReYou, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at [Insert Reyou’s Registered Address] (hereinafter referred to as “ReYou”, “the company”, “us”, “our”, or “we”).
These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website (reyou.in) or any derivative webpages thereof (collectively referred to as the “website” or “platform”), as well as your participation in or access to our programs, services, online communities, open or closed groups, or social platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and other platforms, as well as any applications or digital solutions made available in the future.
By enrolling in any of our programs, subscribing to any services, and/or accessing this website in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the platform from time to time (collectively, the “Terms”), govern ReYou’s relationship with you.

• Learner: Any person who has enrolled in any of our programs or availed of any services after paying the applicable fee. It also includes anyone who shows intent to enrol by paying a token amount.
• Platform: Includes our website, online communities, open and closed social groups, social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, etc.), and any other communication channels used to deliver our services.
• Program Fee: The total fee payable in advance for enrolling in any of our programs or services.
• Service: Any paid service made available by ReYou, including but not limited to training programs, consultations, workshops, webinars, demo sessions, or in-person sessions. Free services are excluded.
• Token Amount: A part of the program fee paid in advance to confirm a booking and reserve a slot in a program or service for a limited period of time.
• User: Any person accessing, viewing, or using our platform for information or services.

ReYou provides training and consulting programs focusing on personal and professional growth, people skills, and soft skills development. Programs are delivered through online and offline modes, including audio, video, text, and live sessions.

Access is subject to the following conditions:

• Learners must meet the eligibility criteria specified by ReYou advisors.
• Subscription grants access only to the specific program/service purchased. Additional content may be offered at ReYou’s discretion.
• Unless otherwise allowed, online content is not available for download or reproduction.
• Content is licensed only to the learner enrolled and is for personal use only. Any public or commercial use is prohibited.
• A certificate of completion (where applicable) will be provided only after full participation in the curriculum and clearing of all dues.

All content on ReYou’s platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, visuals, sounds, artwork, and code, is owned and controlled by ReYou and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, distributing, modifying, reproducing, or using content outside the scope of these Terms is prohibited and may result in termination of access along with legal action.

• Program Fees must be paid in advance at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• In certain cases, ReYou may allow payment of a Token Amountto reserve a slot, with full payment due within the stipulated period.
• Instalments may be permitted at ReYou’s discretion. Failure to complete instalments may result in revoked access to services.
• All payments must be made using valid payment methods through authorized gateways. Reyou does not store sensitive financial data.
• All fees are non-refundable. Token amounts and program fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or non-usage of services.
• Taxes, currency exchange rates, and additional transaction charges may apply depending on the user’s location and payment method.

If you have any concerns, queries, or complaints regarding the use of our platform, programs, or services, you may contact us at operations@reyou.in. Complaints will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

These Terms and Conditions constitute an “electronic record” within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. They do not require physical or digital signatures.
